Hi, I'm Ale.

I founded SNF Navigators after walking my own family through the maze of senior care — the hospital calls, the Medicaid forms, the late-night searches for the right facility.

I learned the system the hard way so other families don't have to. Today I'm a calm, steady guide for Florida families: someone who explains things plainly, picks up the phone with you, and stays with you through every handoff.

What does "SNF" mean?
SNF stands for Skilled Nursing Facility. We help families navigate skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care transitions — and everything in between.
Do the facilities pay you?
No. We never accept commissions or referral fees from any facility. We work for your family, so our only goal is the right fit for your loved one — not what pays the most.
What areas do you serve?
We focus on Florida families and Florida Medicaid pathways, and we can consult with you by phone or video.
How do consultations work?
